HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- For orders in Lagos, Nigeria if same-day dispatch is selected for orders placed before 11am, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) the order/s will be delivered that same-day. Orders in Lagos placed after 11am, will be delivered on the following business day.
- For orders to other states within Nigeria, kindly allow 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
- Orders placed before 11am in the UK will be shipped on that day. Shipping within the UK takes 1-2 working days
- Orders 11am in the USA will be shipped on that day. Shipping within the USA takes 2-5 working days
Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to track your order at this time. All orders within Lagos, Nigeria are delivered between 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and please note that specific delivery slots cannot be allocated.
For customers who select the Pick Up option in Lagos: orders placed before 11:00am will be available for collection from 2:00pm on the same day.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
If you’re based in Lagos and select the Pick Up option, there is no delivery fee. Just swing by and collect your order during the designated pick-up hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship both within Nigeria and internationally.
Within Nigeria we deliver to:
- Lagos
- Abuja
- Port Harcourt
Internationally we ship to:
- United Kingdom
- United States of America
We’re always exploring ways to expand our delivery network, so keep an eye out for updates on new locations coming soon. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET?
Deliveries within Lagos are carried out between 12:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we’re unable to allocate specific delivery time slots.
For orders outside Lagos or international locations, delivery times will vary depending on the courier and destination.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes! At the moment, Lagos is the only location where we offer a pick-up option. Simply select Pick Up at checkout and collect your order from our partner store:

Pick-ups are available Monday – Sunday, 2:00pm – 7:00pm.
When you arrive, please quote your full name and order number with the security guard on duty. If you’re sending someone on your behalf, just make sure they have those details too.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because all of our cards are printed on demand and the process is automated, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Returns and refunds are only possible if your order arrives damaged or if the wrong card was sent on our part.
To process a refund, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect card.
Please note: cards with typos, spelling mistakes, or errors made by the customer are not refundable or exchangeable, as all cards are printed exactly as submitted. We encourage and advise customers to double check their orders and delivery information before completing check-out.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY CARD?
All of our cards are printed on demand, whether blank or personalised. This means that once an order has been produced, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is just right.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Because our cards are automated and printed on demand, your order goes straight into production as soon as it’s placed. This means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once the order has been confirmed. We highly recommend double-checking your details at checkout to make sure everything is just right before completing your purchase.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing us at hello@richgirlpaper.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item/s or incorrect card/s so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
